Reporting

The test results provide a range of reports for managers and HR professionals, from selection and coaching reports to job match reports. Professional Assessment Center (PAC)

Access to the Professional Assessment Center (PAC) is required to administer the Customer Service Profile™. Within this platform, HR professionals can invite candidates to take the test and manage the results in a secure environment. Up to three staff members can access the PAC with their own accounts.

The annual cost for using the PAC is € 258,- excluding VAT. We ensure smooth integration with your business processes and provide training to familiarize you with the system.

Support from Profiles International

We offer full support throughout the entire process, from setting up the system to executing the tests. We also help you interpret and apply the test results. For technical, practical, or content-related questions, we are always available to assist you. Interested in extensive training or want to follow a certification program? That’s also possible!

How does it work?

  • Uitnodiging

    De deelnemer ontvangt per e-mail een uitnodiging om de test te maken. Deze wordt verstuurd door de testafnemer vanuit het online testcentrum. Als de test op locatie wordt afgenomen kan de testafnemer deze ook klaar zetten op een lokale computer.

  • Planning

    De deelnemer beslist zelf waar en wanneer de test wordt afgelegd. De testafnemer kan in het testcentrum een maximale termijn instellen voor het afronden van de test. Bij afname van de test op locatie kunnen specifieke afspraken van toepassing zijn.

  • Rapportage

    Na afronding van de test ontvangt de testafnemer een e-mailbevestiging en worden direct de gewenste rapportages gegenereerd. In het testcentrum kan de testafnemer instellen of deze rapportages ook automatisch naar de deelnemer worden verstuurd. Er is een breed scala aan rapporten beschikbaar die de testafnemer zelf kan selecteren en instellen. Vervolgens worden de testresultaten besproken en toegepast, afhankelijk van het specifieke proces en de aangeboden diensten van de testafnemer.
