In addition to Everything DiSC Work of Leaders, the Everything DiSC® Application Suite includes several other modules, each aimed at people’s performance and the culture within organisations.

The modules

MANAGEMENT
This module teaches managers how to engage, motivate and develop their team members. It strengthens management skills to make teams more effective and productive.

AGILE EQ™
Agile EQ™ develops the emotional intelligence needed for an agile working culture. Participants learn to use their emotional intelligence to work flexibly and to innovate.

Everything DiSC Workplace®
Everything DiSC Workplace® builds the interpersonal insight needed for a positive, collaborative work culture. Participants learn to use their DiSC style to communicate and collaborate flexibly, whatever the context or team. By understanding their own behavioural style and that of others, they can build better relationships and respond to differences in preferences and values within the organisation.

PRODUCTIVE CONFLICT
This module helps people turn destructive behaviour in conflict into productive responses. They learn to handle conflict constructively, which supports better results and working relationships.

SALES
This module helps salespeople adapt to customers’ preferences and expectations. It strengthens their communication and their use of sales techniques that suit different customer types.

EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center)

EPIC is convenient for Everything DiSC but not required. The EPIC system (Electronic Profile Information Center) is an online platform for administering Everything DiSC® and other Wiley assessments. It lets you manage and tailor learning experiences within your organisation.

Setting up and using the EPIC system involves a one-time fee. Request a quote for current pricing. We set it up with you, align it with your business processes and provide training so you are familiar with the system.

Features and benefits of the EPIC system

  • Control over distribution: Send access codes and follow respondents’ progress, so you decide when participants receive and complete their assessments.
  • Custom reporting: Add your own logos and company information to reports for a consistent, professional look.
  • Credit management: EPIC works with credits: each assessment and report costs a set number of credits. This makes it easy to manage budgets and see how the service is used.
  • Privacy and security: As administrator, you control all user data in EPIC. The data is protected in line with current international data security standards.
  • Immediate access to results: As soon as a participant completes the assessment, the results are available in the system. Trainers and coaches can then respond to participants’ needs quickly and build on their learning.

  • No webcam required: You do not need a webcam.
  • Test conditions: We recommend taking the test in a quiet environment when the participant is alert and rested.
