Profiles International The Netherlands provides scientifically validated tests, assessments and online learning tools for coaching, selection and team development. We are based in Rotterdam and are an authorized partner of Everything DiSC and PXT Select in the Benelux. Our clients are coaches, trainers, HR professionals, talent managers and recruiters.
Our story
Profiles International The Netherlands was founded in 2001 by a team of experienced entrepreneurs, specialising at the intersection of people, work, and talent. Our expertise in management, recruitment, and HR is enhanced by various training programmes and certifications in the field of (career) coaching.
For decades, at Profiles International we have also been using the proven tools and assessments we offer ourselves. We deepen our insights and support our intuition with hard data. This leads to meaningful conversations, better decision-making, and successful placements. Our approach? We let the results of tests and assessments account for one-third of the selection or coaching process. This way, we combine quantitative and qualitative data into a balanced and reliable recommendation.
In addition, we are a partner of DataJobs.nl, an online platform for vacancies, career information, and knowledge articles on data and analytics. Through this collaboration, we connect our expertise in talent management and coaching with the fast-growing world of data, AI, and technology.
