Our story
Profiles International The Netherlands was founded in 2001 by a team of experienced entrepreneurs, specializing at the intersection of people, work, and talent. Our expertise in management, recruitment, and HR is enhanced by various training programs and certifications in (career) coaching.
For decades, we have also been using the tools that we offer at Profiles International. We deepen our understanding and support our intuition with hard data. This leads to meaningful discussions and better decision-making. Our approach? We let the results of the tests and assessments weigh for a third in the selection or coaching process. This method ensures a balanced approach, where both quantitative and qualitative data are considered.
